Instant Rapport Builder on Facebook

How to turn a network marketing stranger into someone who likes you fast?

Network marketing is all about rapport – trust, friendship, etc.
People work with people they like and trust, and even if they don’t, they will support you
People who are not part of your business but like you as a friend will give you LIKES and COMMENTS on your Facebook wall posts to cheer you on. The more likes and comments you have on your posts, the more eyeballs are on your profile whether they are friends or strangers. The more strangers you have looking at your profile, the more LEADS and friend requests you have
So how to get a stranger to like you almost instantly??
LIKE and COMMENT their wall posts especially the ones about their business opportunity
This is A LOT of positive energy, and they will appreciate it almost immediately
The people in the same business as that person will also appreciate what you have said so you can attract people to add you as a friend
Always stay positive. Do not bash someone’s company as this creates a lot of enemies. You do not want negative energy! This will push serious marketers away and might unfriend/block you
This is a great way to expand your circle of network marketing friends to tap into new friends that want to connect with you
Keep cheering people on, and you will have more eyeballs on your Facebook profile. More people will start to remember you in this industry, and therefore, more money coming to you in the long run

Mistakes That Will Put Your Blog At Risk

blogging mistake 7 Blogging Mistakes That Will Put Your Blog At RiskEvery blogger will have to go through a learning curve and will make some mistakes that might put their blog at risk, but the important part is that they end up learning their lesson. A better way to go about this, is to just learn from other people’s mistakes so you can avoid them all together. So if you are wondering what mistakes you might end up making that could hold you back, then take a look at the 7 most popular ways.

Blogging About a Niche You Are Not Passionate About

This is one of the best ways to ensure your failure is picking a niche that you have no interest in. You won’t be motivated enough to keep up with your posts, your posts will not contain much value, you won’t get a good amount of traffic, and you will hate the whole experience. You may as well save yourself the time and effort or just pick a different niche.
Many people think that starting a blog about something that is more profitable will bring them more money in the long run. While some niches might be worth more than others, you won’t be profitable if you aren’t managing the blog correctly. If you can’t retain a large audience, your blog won’t succeed. So instead of trying to pick a niche based off of a revenue decision, pick a niche that you will enjoy to maintain. You will have a much better chance at getting a bigger audience and enjoying your blogging experience.

Content That Wouldn’t Be Considered Valuable

Sometimes bloggers decide to put more time and effort into other aspects of their blogs rather than focusing on creating top notch content. This might seem like a good idea since there are so many things you will have to keep on top of, but in reality, without good content, your blog won’t see much traffic.
The key is to spend as much time as you need on your content to ensure that is provides as much value as possible, then use the rest of your available to doing other things such as SEO, design, responding to comments, etc.

Blogging About Multiple Topics

Trying to attract many different types of audiences by posting about all types of things is one of the worst things you can do. This basically ensures that your blog will never maintain any loyal readers. If you are trying to run a successful blog, your goal should be to try to attract readers and keep them coming back. You can only do this if you focus on one niche. If you feel it necessary to post about something else, at least make sure it is relevant.
By posting content about the same niche, you will be attracting a certain type of audience that will be able to come back later for more content they are interested in. They won’t come back if they see you are posting about other topics they don’t like.

Not Knowing Proper Search Engine Optimization Techniques

It is a necessary thing nowadays to have the proper SEO knowledge to get ranked as high as possible. If you don’t implement any SEO techniques, then you won’t be seeing the amazing amount of traffic that you could be getting from search engines. While SEO can be a pain sometimes, it is well worth putting in as much effort as you can because when you see a steady amount of traffic hit your blog, you will be much happier.
If you are brand new to SEO, understand that it can take some time to learn about it, and once you implement SEO techniques, it will still take time to see the results. It isn’t something that provides you with traffic over night.
Prior to implementing SEO techniques on your blog, you should first consider the speed of your website. There are several factors that could help increase your websites speed however the main thing is your web hosting. There are a lot of reviews available on the web such as HostGator review or web hosting hub review to get a better grasp of why speed is important.

Trying To Copy Your Competitors

Although researching your competition is a big aspect of being a successful blogger, you should never take it a step further and actually try to copy what they are doing. If you are trying to get some fresh ideas or understand how their strategies work, that is perfectly fine, but as soon as you try to copy their work or create a similar type of blog, you are going to see some bad results.
First off, duplicating another site’s content will get you punished by search engines and could even get your removed from them completely if you are a repeat offender. Your audience might also notice if they follow multiple different blogs in the same niche because they might end up reading what the other blog posted, which then makes your blog lose all of its credibility.
Second, trying to implement the same type of blog isn’t making yourself stand out or being unique. If people wanted that type of blog, they would just be looking at the other blogger that you copied.  Just keep your blog original and different and you will have a much better chance at success.

Avoiding Any Communication With Your Audience

Responding to your audience is a must when it comes to blogging. Creating a personal connection will help to ensure that your audience comes back and converts to being a loyal viewer. It also looks really bad if people see that you don’t respond to comments, it makes it seem as if you don’t care what they think or how they feel about the content you create.

Long Periods of Time In Between Your Posts

In order to maintain a steady amount of traffic, you need to maintain a steady amount of content. If you take too long in between each post, then you are most likely going to lose any loyal readers you might have had. They will eventually just forget about your blog and move on to a similar one that gives them more content.
These are the 7 most common mistakes that bloggers make, so don’t end up doing the same on your blog. A good rule to keep in mind is that your audience is what makes your blog successful, so make sure everything you do is to improve their experienc

Business Cards On Facebook

No, this post isn’t about business cards, but will explain a technique that I always use on Facebook to build up my network fast… like handing out business cards on Facebook. You need to be consistent here!

Make it a habit of commenting on other network marketers’ wall posts – You can go on your news feed, and look at bunch of posts that other network marketers are posting. You can like AND comment their posts. This will help build rapport with your friends in your list as well as leaving your name on their posts. There’s always someone out there who will be curious to see what you are doing, and some will add you as a friend. This tip is so simple to do but most people are not consistent enough to make it effective.
Being consistent on commenting – This builds rapport without the necessity to private message the person and ask boring questions like “Hello, how’s business going for you?” or “how’s the weather?” because you don’t have anything else to say. To break the ice and build rapport, become a regular of interactions back and forth commenting on each other’s wall. While building up your network fast is great, you need to solidify the relationships. Rapport = trust = people will like to work with you
Get noticed by their friends – When people keep seeing your name pop up in comments, they too will begin to feel like they know you. So when those people add you, they already feel like you are a friend.
Repeat the commenting on your NEW FRIENDS’ wall posts as well – Now you are really building a network FAST. Remember, just quickly browse through your news feed to find some things interesting to like and comment. Comment is more important than Likes because your name really shows up obviously under the post. When you LIKE a post, you are just a number. Usually, you will see something like “Bob Dole and 61 people liked this post”. Stand out by commenting!
Are you in a group for your current business? – Usually, there is a Facebook group for a business opportunity that you are involved with. Ask your upline or someone else that is in the same business if there is one. Once you are in the group, you want to interact there by commenting and posting. You want to congratulate people and welcome new comers to the group. This will build rapport with people in the same business as you which can solidify the relationship to maybe sometime in the future be in new business venture together. By becoming friends with people in current business, this will also tap into being friends with their friends too on Facebook. When you have more and more mutual friends together with all these other people, this will make it a lot easier to have more people notice you and add you as a friend.
————-
Become a social butterfly and you will be likable fast. When I first started, I didn’t have big earnings to show people, but I was able to build a network FAST. People are more likely to check out what you post on your wall when the rapport is there. People pay more attention to you when they like you. Therefore, when you post something about your business, then some of these people will at least take a look at it by clicking the link. Put in consistent effort on these steps!

The Way of Elephant's thinking

When my friend was passing the elephants , he suddenly stopped , confused by the large creatures by a small rope tied to their front leg . Elephants are not a chain , also not in the stable . It's obvious elephant can escape anytime of the rope that binds the elephant. My friend asked to coach that stood by , why large animals ( elephants ) was not trying to escape , but it is very easy to gajahlakukan .

" Well , " said the elephant , " when the elephants are still very young and much smaller we use the rope binding the elephant small size at the age when it was enough to hold the elephant. When the elephants are grown , the elephants are conditioned to believe that The elephant can not break away from the bonds . The elephant was believed that the small rope can still hold them , so that the elephants were not ever try to break free .

My friend was amazed . This elephant could at any time break away from their bonds but because they believed that they could not , they remain silent The elephant stuck with what they believe .

Like the elephants , how many of us go through life depending on the belief that we can not do something , simply because we failed once before? We have grown more mature , at least have increased age and life experience . So let's try to repeat what we are afraid of it , not to fail again , but to cover fear with success .

Failed to convince yourself to try again , is a real failure .

Facebook Marketing 101

Facebook Marketing 101 (MUST READ)

Facebook is my bread and butter of making money online. Don’t listen to anyone who tells you that Facebook won’t help you make money. You don’t listen to a taxi driver on how to fly a plane do you? Here are some key fundamentals that you need to do and stay consistent. I have marketed on Facebook everyday including birthdays and vacations so you get the idea that I put a lot of time into becoming successful. I specialize in Facebook marketing in the last several years.
Profile Picture – Put up a picture of you! It can be a picture of you by yourself or group of people, pets, etc. This makes you more approachable so people feel like they are networking with a HUMAN
——-
Is your Facebook account personal or business? – If you talk about anything that has to do with online marketing, do your Facebook friends say “wow scammmmmm”, “is this a pyramid scheme?” , etc. If so, then you have a personal Facebook account most likely. My Facebook account has 100% marketers.
I like money. My personal Facebook account doesn’t make me money. It lets me see pictures of people getting married, babies, having fun on vacations, but they don’t make me money. I keep two accounts separate. These people are not interested in what we do. That’s just part of life.
——-
Marketers do not want to see news, politics, etc. – There’s television and newspapers for those things. When I review Facebook profiles of people who are not doing well, I tend to see lots of quotes, news, Obama, jokes, games, and music videos. You’re here to make money!
——-
5000 friends? – If you’re reading this section for help on getting sign ups for your business, then chances are, you don’t have 5000 good connections. I have gone through my Facebook friends’ list, and removed a lot of people who have abandoned their account (for example, stopped posting in year 2012) and also deleted people who just don’t sync up with me. Not everyone will have a connection with you. Just like in real life, not everyone will be your friend. Quality over quantity
——-
Connect with people in the same business as you – whether your Facebook account is brand new or not, always add a bunch of people that are in the same business as you. I used to think this is counter-productive because those people can’t join the business I’m in since they are in already. These people are here to support you. When you post on your wall about the business, you will have some who will Like/Comment on your post with positive energy. This looks good to people who are NOT in the business you’re in currently, and posts that have Likes and Comments get noticed more on their Facebook news feed. Your post shows up more likely at the top of your friends’ news feed as well as the news feed of your friends’ friends that are not your friends, which means more traffic/leads for you, and ultimately, more friend requests to build up your list. Every business has Facebook group so type in the search field on Facebook with the name of the company, and you will usually find groups with that name. Interact with people in those groups with comments, likes, and basically congratulate/welcome people to make you more noticeable and approachable
——-
Like and Comment – Click on your news feed tab (if you’re not sure where to find it, then just go to facebook.com because it will bring you to the front page to show you peoples’ posts also known as the News Feed), and start liking and commenting on things you find interesting. This will get you more noticed in the network marketing community. Some people will also start liking and commenting on your stuff too, and then you start to build a good friendship.. sort of like breaking the ice. As mentioned above, Likes and Comments push your posts to the top of peoples’ news feeds as well as THEIR friends’ news feed too. Don’t be greedy… don’t just expect everyone to like/comment on your stuff. Like and comment their stuff too without expecting anything in return. I had many great marketers that add me as a friend as they see that I am good friends with their friend as well.
——-
When someone sends you a request to LIKE their Facebook fanpage – As long as the content is appropriate and family friendly, then show support and LIKE it. Not only should you LIKE the fanpage, but also write a simple post on that fanpage such as “just liked your page :) keep rocking!” … of course don’t say the same stuff I’m saying. Be original, but most importantly, stand out of the crowd of other people that LIKED the fanpage. One short message can go a long way to become likable (rapport)

12 basic strategies promoting you tube videos

When it comes to marketing and promoting your small-business YouTube videos, follow these 12 basic strategies:

1. Start by using the tools available directly through YouTube. For example, provide a detailed and accurate title and description to each of your videos, and associate tags (keywords) that are directly relevant.

2. Use a call to action within your videos to encourage people to like, rate, comment on and share your videos.

3. Begin by promoting your videos to the people you know, including your real-life friends, relatives, customers and clients. Ask these people to watch your video(s) and share them with their online friends.

4. Take advantage of the power and capabilities of the online social networking sites to promote your videos. As a spokesperson for your company, for example, become active on Facebook, Google+ and Twitter, as well as other relevant services. Be sure to create an online presence for your business on Facebook and/or Google+, and then use that presence to promote your videos.

5. Incorporate your videos into your own company’s website and blog.

6. Share links to your videos with your existing customers or clients via opt-in email.

7. Use public relations techniques, such as using press releases to contact bloggers, editors, reporters and producers in order to generate free media coverage for your videos in mainstream media, as well as in blogs that cater to your target audience.

8. Get your videos (and your YouTube Channel page) listed with the major search engines, including Google, Yahoo! and Bing, and then focus on SEO strategies to get the best possible listing placements.

9. Try to collaborate on videos with other companies that are already utilizing YouTube effectively and that are targeting the same audience, but that are not in direct competition with you. This will allow you to capture the attention of your collaborator’s viewers and subscribers.

10. Start promoting your YouTube channel within your company’s printed catalogs, brochures, and sales materials, as well as within its existing traditional advertising.

11. Consider paying for keyword advertising on Google, Yahoo!, Bing and Facebook. Google AdWords for Video is also a very cost-effective and powerful tool for promoting YouTube videos.

12. If you have the budget, hire a YouTube video marketing company to help you plan and implement an online promotional campaign for your videos.

How to Sell Your Business for Top Dollar in 2014

If you've been waiting for a healthy environment to sell a small business, 2014 may be your moment.
The BizBuySell Insight Report, published by the online business marketplace BizBuySell, found that the number of small-business deals that closed in 2013 increased by 41.7 percent in the third quarter compared to the same quarter in 2012, with restaurants and retail businesses seeing the most action. The median sale price for small businesses in Q3 of 2013 was $180,000--up 2.9 percent from the same time the previous year, though a little below the median asking price of $199,000. On average, selling prices were equal to 2.19 percent of cash flow.
The healthy selling climate seems likely to continue--which is good news for those who are eager to retire or cash out. Among mergers-and-acquisitions insiders, 68 percent expected the market to pick up strength in the 12 months following September 2013, according to a survey released in October by the law firm Dykema, headquartered in Ann Arbor, Mich.
With interest rates still low, experts say many buyers should be able to access affordable financing. "ou've got a pretty good window in 2014 where rates will begin to start to rise but still stay at historically low levels," said Mitch Davidson, managing director of Post Capital Partners, a New York City private equity firm focused on the lower end of the middle market. "Debt finances a significant element
"Market timing is always tricky, so I'm not sure that anybody should be waiting for just the right time to sell," said Kevin O'Connell, a partner in the corporate department at Boston-based law firm Posternak Blankstein & Lund, who works in mergers and acquisitions.Of course, the market for any small business can be unpredictable, so owners shouldn't sell just because there's momentum now, say experts. There need to be other compelling reasons to put a business on the market, whether that's the desire to move on to a new venture or to slow down.
If you are considering selling a business at some point in the near future, it is important to get it into shape to reap the maximum return on your investment. Here are five strategies experts recommend. The best part: None of these will be wasted efforts if you reconsider selling, because all will make your business stronger.
1. Get your books in order.
A recent Citibank Small Business Pulse report found that 25 percent of small-business owners expect to sell their company to a competitor or third party as an eventual exit strategy. But many business owners keep sloppy books, which can scare away buyers--especially sophisticated ones, like private equity firms. They want to see evidence of profit and actual or potential growth, said O'Connell.
To give buyers confidence, Davidson recommends getting audited financials for several recent years, which can be costly but makes a business more attractive. "It is a great investment to make," he said.
Don't put off getting your financials in shape, even if you're planning to wait another year or two to sell. Often, small-business owners have to put their business on the market unexpectedly due to health problems, accidents or a family member who needs care, said Bill Watson, a former CPA. As owner of Advanced Business Group in Nashville, Tenn., he helps business owners build the value of their businesses and sell them. "Make sure you're ready to sell at all times," he advised.
"Generally, if your business relies less on the owner, you get a higher selling price."-Jock Purtle, broker, Digital Exits
2. Protect your intellectual property.
This can help you amp up the value of your business, but it's not always a speedy process, so plan ahead. "If you need to get a patent for something, that's something you need to consider very early in the process," said Tatiana Melnik, an attorney in Tampa, Fla., who works with both start-ups and established businesses. "Spend the time trademarking your company name. Get copyright protection for whatever you are developing. All of that has value."
Sometimes owners who do this discover that they have been infringing on the trademark of another business unwittingly. You'll be much better off if you find out early and fix the situation before you're in talks with a buyer. "A lot of times people don't find out until they're considering selling," Melnik said.
3. Make sure the business isn't dependent on you.
A business that depends heavily on the presence of one person to succeed--such as a creative services business where clients are paying for your personal talent or expertise--can be very difficult to sell to another buyer. "Generally, if your business relies less on the owner, you get a higher selling price," said Jock Purtle, a broker of Internet businesses who runs Digital Exits, a Sydney, Australia-based firm that does 90 percent of its deals in the U.S. "If the operations are managed by staff or systems or technology and there's less day-to-day importance of the owner, you're going to get a higher price."
One of Purtle's clients, Travis Jamison, founder of Supremacy SEO, located a buyer within about a month when he recently decided to sell an ecommerce store he launched to sell guides telling consumers how to "jail break" iPhones, a growing craze among the tech savvy. The process, which is legal but is discouraged by Apple because it can lead to problems like security vulnerabilities, lets the phones' owners unlock the code so they can download apps from outside the iTunes store.
Jamison's secret to finding a buyer quickly: "I built it to sell from the get-go," the serial entrepreneur from Ashville, N.C., said on a call from Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam, where he has been staying. From the time he started the business in February 2013, he used his expertise in search engine optimization to make sure the store ranked high in Google. He automated virtually every aspect of the business, from taking orders to providing outsourced customer service in the Philippines. And he hired an employee to run it while he travels around the world--a sign that someone else could run it. And he kept good written records on his procedures. "You want everything to be written down in a process," he said. "Otherwise, there will be questions and uncertainty about it."
Due to the terms of the deal, Jamison could not disclose the amount of the sale, but he said that the ease of running the ecommerce store made it very appealing to the entrepreneur who bought it.
4. Know what your business is worth.
One of the first steps Watson recommends to owners who seek his help in selling a business is to get several independent valuations done by reputable firms so his clients know where they stand. If they have the energy to make a push to increase the value of the business, he works with them to identify strategies that will help. Sometimes this may mean going after bigger contracts to increase the "sellable cash flow." In other cases, it could mean making strategic investments in the business that will make it worth more.
"I had a client that needed a $60,000 computer upgrade," he recalled. "They could have leased that product from someone, or they could go out and buy that product and depreciate it. As far as the cash they spent, it was about the same either way." However, each route would have a different impact on the firm's value. "On the market, if you lease it, it's an expense of the business," he said. "That $60,000 comes straight out of their cash flow. They increased value of $180,000 by buying the computer upgrade. It had a tremendous effect on their value."

Social Media Marketing Trends to Watch for in 2014

With 2013 coming to an end, it's an opportune time to revisit what worked and what didn't in social media over the past year, and take a look at trends that will dominate in 2014. There's no doubt that 2013 was a huge year for social media — Twitter IPO'dOpens in a new windowSnapchat turned down a $3 billion dollar offer from FacebookOpens in a new window and more organizations than ever turned to social platforms to spread their message and reach customers. No matter what happens in 2014, there will be changes and social media will continue to evolve at a rapid pace.
To help brands and marketers prepare for the new year and connect with their customers in an effective way, here are two major trends social marketers should keep in mind for 2014:
1. The rise of social intelligence and social location data: In 2014, social data will guide customer relationship intelligence for marketers better than ever before, as it's a potential gold mine for learning about your audience and shaping plans. In fact, there are millions of actions taking place on social networks every minute, presenting both a challenge and an opportunity. While a successful analysis of this data can lead to greater insights and stronger customer relationships, the challenge lies in actually extracting meaning from it.
Information from social sites, campaigns and other customer interactions can provide brands with the necessary insights to accomplish their goals, and we'll see even more organizations turning to social data to achieve great things. Also, because community managers cannot conquer the job of monitoring all of a company's social platforms alone, it's important to invest in tools like a social analytics platform to listen to sentiment and track emotions.
Additionally, as mobile usage skyrockets, marketers have begun and will continue to cater to a mobile audience with location-based and real-time marketing opportunities. Location-driven platforms like foursquare and Yelp are rapidly pulling in consumer tips and preferences, providing a wealth of data on consumer behaviors. Brands that successfully analyze this type of data will uncover greater opportunities to turn fans from browsers into buyers, ultimately building long-term brand loyalty.
2. Real-time content marketing is about quality, not quantity: As we move into 2014, it's important to remember that to effectively engage consumers it's aboutrelevant content, not bombarding them with an abundance of content that's simply not of interest to them. This can be achieved by focusing on three sets of real-time content marketing: waiting for the moment, acting in the moment and anticipating the moment. By focusing on these real-time content marketing strategies, brands and marketers can drive traffic, engagement and high-quality leads. Smart brands already have a handle on acting in the moment — e.g., Oreo's Dunk in the Dark Superbowl tweetOpens in a new window. We'll only continue to see more of this real-time engagement in 2014.
We're still in the early stages of being able to anticipate the moment, but imagine the possibilities that would arise if your team could anticipate the topics your customers would be talking about and have content ready for them when they needed it? This is predictive analytics, and it's likely where we're headed in 2014. With this type of intelligence, brands could stay ahead of topical trends and determine which devices to optimize campaigns for, which products users would likely enjoy next, and which calls to action would be most effective.

Keeping an Eye Out for Social and Mobile Innovations

Bonin Bough is a gregarious executive for a digital era. Imposing in ambition and wit, the vice president of global media and consumer engagement for Mondelēz International strives for authenticity in his every interaction.
In an effort to energize staid brands, Mondelēz's accelerator Mobile Futures is deploying new social and mobile innovations. For example, the snack-food company is pairing its Trident gum with mobile music app Lisnr to give consumers exclusive content via TV and social sites.
We sat down with the F100 marketing veteran (formerly with PepsiCo) who's keeping a sharp eye out for game-changing ideas.
How do you capture the spirit of entrepreneurship within a big company?
I think there is a shift happening now where we are open-sourcing innovation. When Mondelēz and Kraft split, we asked ourselves, "What does the future of a big organization like ours look like?" We see ourselves as the world's largest startup. With Mobile Futures, the goal is not just to identify startups we want to work with, but also to create cultural transference so that we are closer to entrepreneurship and better business partners.
Isn't the creative incubator team always at the mercy of the parent?
Big organizations suffer from politics, regime change. The thing is, those who "think different" actually grow inside of big organizations, but it takes a certain kind of talent who is willing to be different. The org is inherently built to create non-risk-takers, and yet this is all about risk immersion.
When all is said and done, isn't this just R&D on a longer leash?
It's co-creation at scale with partners that can mutually benefit from success. It's the evolution of R&D.
It's almost like there's no difference between what Mobile Futures is doing and what an investor does.
Except that we provide the case study. I've worked with startups for 10 years. I have helped them go from an idea on paper to [in six months] being in 21 markets, 19 languages. If you get into businesses like us, almost overnight you could be at scale. It's crazy not to look at it.
How does Mobile Futures evaluate success?
First is our collective ability to execute on the 90-day timeline of the program's first phase. Second, we want culture. Part of partnering with a startup is going and working directly alongside the startup. So for up to two weeks our brand marketers have to work at the startup's offices to understand what that culture's like. It's key since, whether a pilot works or not, it's really about, Have we actually had an impact on the culture here?
In your opinion, where do the big ideas come from these days? Do you think that some of the technology greats like Tim Berners-Lee, Vinton Cerf or even Marc Andreessen would have succeeded in a corporate environment?
For us it's about making sure that we're helping to recruit the next Marc Andreessen to come and reshape who we are as an organization and bring that spirit. Make no mistake about it--we are celebrating a type of behavior to create a specific type of culture. It's not about risk-taking for risk's sake; it's about seeing the trend, identifying opportunity and seizing a moment.
Mobility creates a world of connected things. Every single thing will be connected--including, eventually, our packaging, pricing schemes for our retailers and our supply chain. We are going to be catapulted into being one of the world's largest technology companies.
We launched seven mobile-innovation pilots in the U.S. in less than 90 days. Now we have a structure to replicate that. We need to not only build that culture of behavior, but also to recruit the type of folks who are going to be able to think that way and want to work inside the organization.
Andreessen and Berners-Lee are brilliant, so they would've done brilliantly inside the organization. I think they would've had to do a lot of the same stuff that we're doing now, which is to continue to push the organization to create platforms to structurally bring about that innovation culture.

Sieve Three Times

Ancient Greece , Dr . Socrates was a famous scholar and intellectual knowledge and a reputation for high kebijaksanannya . A philosopher .

One day a man met with Socrates and said , " You know what I just heard about one of your friends ? "

" Wait a minute , " said Dr. . Socrates . " Before telling me anything , I want you to pass a little test . Examination is called the Triple Filter Testing . "

" Sieve three times ? " the man asked .

" Yes , " continued Dr . Socrates .

" Before you tell me about my friend , it might be a good idea to provide a moment and filter what you would say . Which is why I call the Triple Filter Testing . "

" The first filter is Truth . Been sure that what you are about to tell me is true ? "

" No, " the man said , " actually I just heard about it and wanted to inform you " .

" All right , " said Socrates . " So you really do not know whether it is true or not . Now let's try the second filter is : KINDNESS . "

" What would you say to me about my friend something good is ? "

" No, on the contrary , the poor thing , " the man replied .

" So , " Socrates continued , " you want to tell me something bad about him , but you are not sure if that's true . You may still pass the test , namely : USE . "

" Do what you want to tell me about my friend going to be useful to me ? "

" No, not really , " replied the man .

"Then , " concluded Dr . Socrates , " If what you want to tell me ... is not true , nor good , nor even useful to me , why tell it to me ? "

The words have been spoken that hurt someone's heart like an arrow that has been shot from a bow and kills an innocent soul . Both can never be recalled.

So before you speak , use Sieve Three Times .
